Mrs. Archana Jay Manani is a qualified professional holding B.A., M.A., and LL.B. degrees. She is a Partner at Manani Legal Firm and plays a pivotal role in managing the firm’s administrative and human resource functions. She oversees the Administration and HR Departments, ensuring smooth internal operations and effective workforce management.
In addition to her managerial responsibilities, she is actively involved in the drafting and review of key legal documents, including Title Search Reports (TSR), Mortgage Deeds, Vetting Reports, Sale Deeds, Loan Documentation, and various other legal instruments, along with handling Balance Transfer (BT) processes.
